I'm a decent cook, but not a pro. I was making tea this afternoon and thought, why not share it with my peers.
Anyways, I came up with this recipe to help with my migraine and it worked wonders. I've heard mint helps with headaches and migraines, but never tried before.
I've been suffering with migraine for over a month and none of the medicines helped. So, one day, I decided to try this and guess what, my migraine disappeared. These days, I'm taking this at least four to five times a week and it's helping.
P.S.: I add tea leaves because I prefer it this way. You can also just use Mint alone if you don't want Tulsi. You can replace sugar with honey if you want. But I like my sugar, so please pretend you didn't catch up on that unhealthy habit.
I like it better when it's refrigerated.
